- Change of Mind -
If you change your mind about a purchase from our online store, we will exchange or issue a store credit provided you can meet the following conditions: The item must be returned in its original condition in original packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase with receipt. If the item shows any signs of wear or damage, it cannot be exchanged and will be returned to you.
For Change of Mind exchanges, all postage costs will be the customer's responsibility. We will post the replacement item or store credit once your original purchase has been returned.
Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
- Faulty -
All our jewellery is handmade with the utmost care. If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty piece due to manufacturing, please contact us with a photo of the faulty item and receipt.
We will happily exchange your faulty item, offer a store credit or refund provided you can meet the following conditions: The item must be returned in its original condition in original packaging within 90 days from the date of purchase with receipt. We will send out the replacement once we receive the faulty item.
