All our pieces are handmade and therefore delicate. We recommend customers to take extra care by taking your jewellery off when washing your hands, showering, spraying perfume, moisturising, sleeping and exercising.
--Sterling Silver & Solid 9kt Gold--
We encourage you to polish your jewellery with a polishing cloth to maintain its shine. Gentle brushing with lukewarm soapy water and a soft toothbrush is also recommended.
--Gold Vermeil--
Our gold vermeil pieces are sterling silver electro-plated with 1 micron thickness of 18kt gold. Although it is much thicker than regular flash plating, it is still a thin layer of gold, therefore extra care should be taken to maximise its lifespan.
Clean your vermeil jewellery with a cotton ball or a non-abrasive soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt it has acquired. Gently rubbing the surface using a soft jewellery cloth also helps restore shine.
If your jewellery needs extra cleaning, soak it in lukewarm soapy water for a few minutes and gently clean it with a very soft brush. Avoid using jewellery cleaners and antibacterial soaps which may have certain components that will make your piece tarnish more quickly.
To avoid scratches and reduce premature tarnishing or fading, wrap your jewellery in a soft cloth after cleaning or keep it in a jewellery box separate from other jewellery and away from the sun.
